Abstract
H-2 and H-3 labelled Sch 40120 were prepared by Pt catalysed exchange with isotopic water. D7-Sch 40120 was obtained in two exchanges in 53% yield and SH-Sch 40120 was prepared by a single exchange at a specifi c activity of 19.8 Ci/mmole. C-14-Sch 40120 was prepared in 4 steps fr om C-14-m-chloro aniline in overall 16% radiochemital yield.
