The spectrum of reactor antineutrinos has been obtained in the energy
range E(nu) = 0-9 MeV. The spectrum for E(nu) greater than or equal to
2 MeV has been measured in an experiment performed at the Rovno nucle
ar power plant. In this experiment, 174000 positrons from the reaction
<(nu)over bar(e)> +p --> e(+) + n have been detected with a RONS scin
tillation spectrometer. The results of refined calculations that take
into account radiation from fission fragments and from the products of
radiative capture of neutrons are presented for the spectrum in the r
egion E(nu) less than or equal to 2 MeV.
