Abstract
A 52-year-old female with polysplenia accompanied by major cardiovascu lar anomalies (a ventricular septal defect, atrial septal defect, pers istent left superior vena cava, absent inferior vena cava with a hemia zygos connection and visceral heterotaxia) is reported. She underwent successful surgical treatment and showed prolonged survival.
