Abstract
We establish the analogue of a theorem of Mitiagin, Rolewicz, and Zela zko for a family of nonmetrizable topological algebras. These algebras are composed of infinitely differentiable functions and are, as topol ogical vector spaces, Silva spaces. The condition of m-convexity is re placed by one on the collection of bounded subsets of the algebra.
