Abstract
Computed tomographic (CT) appearance of two cases of gastric metastase s from retroperitoneal leiomyosarcoma are reported. In both cases tumo rs infiltrated the gastric wall with endoluminal growth. The use of wa ter-filling technique in opacifying the lumen and distending the gastr ic wall is also emphasized.
