Abstract
The problem of microcomputer-based digital control of naturally commut ated cycloconverters operating with frequency-wild input voltage wavef orm is discussed. The hardware modification, using frequency multiplie r, based on cosine wave crossing pulse timing control, is proposed. A computer simulation was made for preliminary testing of the proposed m ethod.
