P. Kleinert et Vv. Bryskin, HIGH-FIELD MAGNETOCONDUCTIVITY OF DOUBLE-QUANTUM-WELL SYSTEMS, Physica status solidi. b, Basic research, 183(2), 1994, pp. 539-545
The high-field magnetoconductivity of double-quantum-well structures i
s treated on the basis of a microscopic one-particle model which inclu
des broadening effects due to disorder, finite temperatures, and a phe
nomenological inclusion of inelastic scattering processes. The theoret
ical results are consistent with the experimentally observed suppressi
on of quantum Hall states at odd integer filling factors.
