Abstract
The SMCAMS facility at SINR is the first successful one on which pract ically applicable mini cyclotron measurements on natural levels of C-1 4 have been produced. The results of the primary measurements on this facility are given. A series of new ideas and unique technical measure s are summarized. The specifications and the analysing process of the machine are described.
