Infection with the varicella tester virus can include pulmonary compli cations. These may cause such minor symptomatology as to go unrecogniz ed and unimaged. We describe a case of active chickenpox pneumonia tha t mimicked pulmonary metastases and was detected incidentally by means of computed tomography in a man with a past history of testicular ter atoma.
