Abstract
The nucleotide sequence of the Azospirillum brasilense exoB gene, loca ted on plasmid pRhico, has been determined. The A. brasilense ExoB pro tein shows significant homology with other prokaryotic UDP-glucose 4'- epimerases (EC 5.1.3.2).
