Abstract
A novel GaAs MMIC MESFET mixer is designed and applied in an integrate d CPFSK demodulator, with an input IF frequency of 7-13GHz and a baseb and bandwidth of 3GHz, yielding a receiver sensitivity of -44.0dBm at 2.5Gbit/s and a dynamic range of > 20 dB.
