Abstract
A chamber is described for studying the spark and arc processing of me tals and analysing them through their atomic emission spectra in a con trolled atmosphere. The chamber is connected to a spectrum analyzer an d can record emission spectra due to spark discharges, recording the e ffect of a high-voltage spark on metals and alloys.
