Abstract
A scheme is suggested for obtaining linear temperature-to-time period conversion using series-parallel resistors with a thermistor. The circ uitry presented for realizing the proposed converters possesses the ad vantage of easily adjustable sensitivity. An experimental temperature- to-time converter constructed for a standard thermistor provides an ac curacy better than 0.1 K over the range 35-95-degrees-C.
