Abstract
A gastrostomy was fashioned laparoscopically in a 15 year old patient with a severe head injury. A preceding attempt at percutaneous endosco pic gastrostomy had failed. The gastrostomy tube was inserted into the stomach under vision and the attached to the anterior abdominal wall by sutures.
