Diaphragmatic neurilemmomas are rare tumors. We report here such a cas

ure. Neurilemmomas of the diaphragm are benign tumors that display slo
w, progressive growth. They remain encapsulated and do not invade adja
cent structures. Surgical resection is both diagnostic and therapeutic
