Abstract
The use of a C-13 HMQC Spectrum recorded at natural abundance with a 2 D H-1 NOESY spectrum for assignments in a 14mer duplex DNA is illustra ted. Unambiguous assignments for all the non-exchangeable C-13 and H-1 were obtained.
