A 4.5 month old, female German Shepherd dog was sent to the 1. Medical
Clinic because of suspected canine distemper. Varius abnormalities of
the lung and lung sounds were found during clinical examination. The
diagnosis 'gastroesophageal intussusception' was made following radiol
ogical examination. The dog was euthanized due to the poor prognosis.
Gross pathology confirmed the diagnosis.
