Abstract
The transfer efficiency in a three-level system in the field of counte rintuitive pulses when the frequency of the first pulse is close to th e frequency of the transition between empty levels has been derived fo r the Landau-Zener model. The obtained results are valid both in the c ase of two-photon resonance and the case when two-photon resonance is not maintained.
