Abstract
Mesomolecule formation rates are calculated in thermal and epithermal regions without recourse to the standard dipole approximation. Natural widths of all resonances are taken into account. The contribution of subthreshold resonances is also taken into consideration. Our results sizeably differ from previous estimates.
