Abstract
2-Aminoacridone has been used to derivatise a variety of sugars and po lysaccharides via the formation and reduction of a Schiff base. Separa tion of these carbohydrate derivatives was achieved with high selectiv ity and sensitivity using micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatogr aphy (MECC) followed by laser induced fluorescence detection.
