Abstract
A new original method was suggested for treating the impedance spectra . Its idea is based on the fact that using a number of linear transfor mations allows one to reduce the determination of the parameters of eq uivalent circuits (EC) to a linear case of the method of least squares . The examples of calculations are presented for actual ECs.
