Abstract
The mechanism involved in the doping-dedoping of poly-o-phenylenediami ne (PPD) in aqueous acid solutions with various pH is established by c yclic voltammetry and by comparing the redox behavior of electrochemic ally synthesized PPD with its low-molecular analog phenazine.
