Abstract
A method of consecutive dissolution of alternating layers of metal and alloy is presented. The method consists in stepwise changing of the v oltage when going from one layer to another. The method's advantages a nd disadvantages are discussed in comparison with the method of consec utive dissolution of multilayer structures under a stepwise current va riation.
