Vp. Lukovtsev et al., AN ALTERNATING METAL AND ALLOY LAYER STRUCTURE AS A DATA-STORAGE MEDIUM FOR COMPLEX-LOGIC TIME-PROGRAMMABLE DEVICES, Russian journal of electrochemistry, 29(9), 1993, pp. 961-964
A structure of alternating layers of copper and a tin-copper alloy dep
osited from a single electrolyte is shown to be a promising data-stora
ge medium for complex-logic time-programmable devices. Conditions are
defined for the deposition of an almost unlimited number of metal laye
rs having the desired electrochemical properties. The electrochemical
behavior of the layers is found to be independent of their thickness,
and this permits one to ensure a predetermined sequence of time delays
that significantly differ in duration.
