Abstract
The hydrogen influence on the complex pseudodielectric function was in vestigated with high speed high precision ellipsometers based on the l ight polarization state switching method. The influence of current pul ses through the film on the kinetics of the process was studied, showi ng increased speed of transient processes and a relatively small effec t in stationary hydrogen concentration conditions, resulting in shorte r transient times for subsequent hydrogen pulses.
