Abstract
Impedance spectroscopy in the frequency range from 10 mHz to 10 MHz ha s been used to analyse carbon black-filled polyestrimide thick films. The influence of carbon content (below, near and over percolation thre shold) and curing temperature are discussed. Electrical equivalent cir cuits representing physically acceptable models are presented for part icular films, and values of circuit elements are estimated and compare d.
