Abstract
A review of experimental investigations into the effect of surfactant additives on the crystallization stages proper in metal electrodeposit ion is given. The effects of additive inhibition on nucleation at fore ign electrodes and in various crystallization stages of the process in volved in the growth of polylayer deposits are considered.
