Abstract
A study was undertaken to see how the surface formation work, wettabil ity, and solderability of nickel, tin, tin-lead, and tin-bismuth elect rodeposits vary with the deposition potential at the deposit-solution and deposit-air interfaces. The measured variables were found to have maxima when electrocrystallization takes place near the zero-charge po tential of the deposits.
