Abstract
Taking advantage of selective alpha-amylase inhibition by 1-->4)-O-alp ha-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-D-glucose, we developed a new inhibitor me thod for the differential assay of two human alpha-amylase isoenzymes.
