iation with a non-Hodgkin lymphoma and a benign IgG(lambda) monoclonal
paraproteinaemia is described with severe recurring nasopharyngeal bl
eedings, who responded poorly to desmopressin (DDAVP) and factor VIII/
von Willebrand factor concentrates but was successfully treated with h
igh-dose intravenous gamma-globulin therapy.
