Abstract
In the post decade, one of the most intriguing subjects in understandi ng the mechanism of malaria infection has been explanation of the role of Kupffer cells. These liver cells, which play an important part in the body's defense against infection, seemed to have on essential supp ortive role in the homing of sporozoites. Do Kupffer cells favor the e stablishment of primary malaria infection? Extensive research has reve aled much, but still not everything we need to know about the sporozoi te-Kupffer cell affair.
