Abstract
Ovarian tumors which form a complex group due to the variety of tissue s composing the ovary are classified according to World Health Organiz ation criteria with minor variations. The histopathology of the most c ommon ovarian carcinomas, common epithelial tumors and germ cell tumor s is discussed in detail. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss. Inc.
