Abstract
The magnetization structure of multilayered magnetic films which are t he stacking of magnetic layers at intervals of nonmagnetic layers, is analyzed by calculating the magnetostatic energy. The antiparallel mag netization configuration of the magnetic layer reduces magnetostatic e nergies. However, the irregular structure, such as an insertion of a p air of parallel magnetization arrangement which often appears experime ntally, does not always increase a magnetostatic energy very much, com pared to the antiparallel regular structure. The experimental magnetiz ation structure of multilayered film can be understood by the magnetos tatic energy.
