Abstract
In our study we determined cytokine receptor molecules and gamma-inter feron in sera of patients suffering from atopic dermatitis. Serum leve ls of interleukin 2 receptor (Il2R), interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (Il1RA), IgE-binding factor (sCD-23) and gamma-interferon (gammaIFN) were correlated to the activity of the disease. In correlation to the severity of the disease we found elevated levels of Il2R, Il1RA and de creased levels of sCD23 and gammaIFN.
