This paper looks at the two most commonly used artificial intelligence
programming languages, LISP and PROLOG. The differences between conve
ntional programming and symbolic computing and between LISP and PROLOG
are presented. Some comparisons between code in PASCAL, LISP and PROL
OG are given.
