Abstract
This report describes a 30-year-old woman with acute myelomonoblastic leukemia and a gross cardiac matastasis (chloroma) in the left ventric le discovered by echocardiogram. This echodense mass disappeared after the first cycle of induction chemotherapy with idarubicin and cytosin e arabinoside.
