Abstract
A technique is presented for intraoperative management of an axilloaxi llary by-pass graft when performing a median sternotomy for myocardial revascularization. This method allows continual perfusion of both upp er extremities during the operation thereby preventing the potential c omplications of upper extremity or cerebral ischemia.
