Abstract
A man with ventricular extrasystoles is described. To our knowledge, t his is the first report of bradycardia dependent appearance of manifes t extrasystoles in concealed trigeminy. The mechanism was satisfactori ly explained, using the concepts of longitudinal dissociation and conc ealed 3:2 Wenckebach periodicity in the reentrant pathway of extrasyst oles.
