Abstract
Synthesis of LL, DD and LD stereoisomers of di-myo-inositol-1,1'-phosp hate (DIP) could be realised by phosphitylation of properly protected L- or D-myo-inositol derivatives. It was also established that natural ly occurring (+)-DIP has the LL-configuration.
