We study the kinetics of two-species annihilation A + B --> 0, with di
chotomic and continuous initial velocity distributions in one dimensio
n. For a discrete model, the concentration and the domain size are fou
nd to change as C(A) (t) approximately t-0.497 and v(AB)(t)approximate
ly t0.088, respectively; the decay of concentration is accounted for b
y a simple analysis. For a continuous model, a scaling relation for th
e exponents, which describe the decay kinetics and spatial structure o
f the system, is found to hold in one dimension.
