A. Matczuk et al., POWER-LAW WITH 2 PARAMETERS FOR THE VISCOSITY OF NORMAL AND SUPERCOOLED WATER, Physical review. B, Condensed matter, 50(2), 1994, pp. 777-781
Based on an analysis of the temperature dependence of activation energ
ies, performed for the rotational diffusion of water molecules and for
their reorientation in the proton conductivity process, the relation
gamma = 1 + T(s)/T(b) was deduced, where T(s) and T(b) are temperature
s of singularity and boiling, respectively, and gamma is the exponent
in the power law eta = eta0(T/T(s)-1)-gamma. The modified power law ha
s successfully been applied to describe temperature changes in the vis
cosity eta of water at normal and higher pressures.
