Abstract
Information is given about the system of apparatus in use on Meteor-3 N7 and methods of calibrating it. The paper includes a brief review of the first preliminary results of measurements of the solar constant, the outgoing short-wave radiation fluxes and the albedo carried out in 1994 using this apparatus.
