Vg. Bondur et Ai. Savin, MODELING OF SIGNALS ON INPUT TO REMOTE-SENSING EQUIPMENT OF AEROSPACEENVIRONMENT MONITORING SYSTEMS, Earth observation and remote sensing, 13(4), 1996, pp. 539-553
The paper analyses the general principles governing the forming of ele
ctromagnetic symbols formed by sensed objects and background on input
to various types of on-board aerospace equipment. A method of computer
modelling of the target/background conditions for an environment moni
toring system is described. The extension of raw data from remote sens
ing objects to models of targets, background and target/background sit
uations provides an optimal approach to the construction and operation
of aerospace global observation systems.
