LAPAROSCOPIC RESECTION OF A BLEEDING MECK ELS-DIVERTICULUM

We report a case of a 12 year old bo y treated laparoscopically for a bleeding diverticulum and we describe the technical procedure. The first choice in diagnosis is the scintig raphy with Tc-99m-pertechnate, at which the proof of ectop stomach muc ous membrane is necessary. Laparoscopic resection of a bleeding Meckel 's diverticulum performed by an experienced surgeon is a safe and cons iderate procedure in laparoscopic technique.
