Abstract
Flexible fiberoptic bronchoscopy (FFB) has become common practice for pediatric pulmonologists, allowing easier detection of certain abnorma lities at an earlier stage. We report the endoscopic diagnosis of a la rge mediastinal bronchogenic cyst and its successful endoscopic unroof ing in a symptomatic baby. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
