A fetal external chest mass in association with nonimmune hydrops was
visualized by ultrasound. Doppler velocimetry over the mass revealed l
ow-resistance flow through cystic areas. The prenatal diagnosis of a c
avernous hemangioma was confirmed after birth. Surgical excision of th
e mass resulted in a curve.
