Abstract
Microbridge junctions have been fabricated in the vertical c-axis dire ction of trilayer YBCO/PBCO/YBCO evaporated thin films. Single junctio ns show critical current (I(c)) modulation with applied magnetic field of approximately the period expected from their dimensions. The curre nt/voltage characteristics show Shapiro steps to high orders when irra diated with microwaves. Very low inductance SQUIDs have been fabricate d with dV/dPHI > 1mV at 50 K.
