Abstract
On the basis of bully- and victim-scores, 12 year old boys and girls w ere divided into groups of bullies and non-bullies, as well as of vict ims and non-victims. Behavior of parents of bullies and victims was as sessed by means of a shortened Czech version of the Schludermann's. CR PBI. A number of statistically significant associations is reported fo r bullying boys and girls as well as for victimized girls; only parent s of victimized boys were not found different from those of boys who w ere not victims. Fathers' behavior seems to be more closely related to the active as well as passive participation of their children in bull ying than is the behavior of mothers.
