Abstract
We describe a patient with severe aortic regurgitation in whom transes ophageal echocardidography coupled with cardiac catheterization and pa thological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a quadricuspid aorti c valve, anomalous coronary artery, and aneurysm of the noncoronary si nus of Valsalva.
