Abstract
The maximum dynamic amplication factors of beams, with different bound ary conditions under the action of point forces that travel at constan t speed are given. It is seen that the maximum dynamic amplification f actor is an invariant that only depends on the boundary conditions. Th e results of this paper complete the findings of reference1 for simply supported beams.
